No matter whether you go for mineral water or a milk alternative, every drink you buy gives someone at least one day’s supply of clean drinking water – or 20 liters at least.
Our range of products is just as varied as the projects we support with them. So, whether it’s aid provided in Africa, Asia or Europe, for every product you buy, a meal is donated.
All of our cosmetics share one single mission – to take care of you and to provide better sanitation for someone else at the same time. We do this by distributing hygiene products and installing washing facilities, as well as facilitating training and education.
Education is the most sustainable way to invest in the future. Purchasing our stationery gives children access to schooling, while also supplying them with the necessary learning materials.
We can’t change water into wine, so all of our drinks donate a day’s supply of clean drinking water instead. Try our mineral waters, sparkling and non-sparkling, flavored and non-flavored, as well as our refreshing Guayusa tea or one of our vegan milk alternatives.
Whether it’s a quick snack or a real feast – all of our foodstuffs donate a meal with every purchase. Our selection ranges from savory lentil crisps, Swiss chocolate and crispy chocolate nut bars to the culinary staples for all your favorite dishes – pasta, rice and flour.
Give your bathroom purpose with these beauty products! Whether it’s conditioner bars or liquid shampoo, deodorant or hand cream, soap bars or liquid soap, for every hair and body product you buy, a sanitary product or service is shared with someone who needs it.
Whether it’s a philosophical treatise, love letters or a shopping list – it doesn’t matter what you write, but rather how you write it! And no matter what you’re writing, boy have we the right tools for you: colored pencils, pens, sticky notes, notebooks and more. And for every piece of stationery purchased, a school lesson is donated.
Because more is always more, we’ve developed our first fair eyewear collection in exclusive partnership with Mister Spex. With every pair of share specs, a pair of glasses is donated to someone without access to eyecare. You can find our nine spectacles in different styles and colors exclusively online at Mister Spex.
Every time you buy one of our products, you’re doing good for someone who needs it. And that’s probably reason enough to buy from us, no? However, you can also expect a lot more from us. We put a lot of passion, care and innovation into every product. And there’s one more thing we can guarantee – you don’t need to sacrifice on quality to share with someone else.
Vegan, organic, carbon neutral and cruelty-free – these aren’t just buzzwords for us, but important criteria for how we choose to make our products.
All of our beauty products are vegan, containing no ingredients of animal origin. We’ve also set ourselves the target of making all our beauty products carbon neutral by the end of 2022, meaning that all of the CO2 emissions released through production, manufacture and transportation are compensated for through investments in environmental projects.
And while we’re on the environment, there are many raw materials that are too precious to be used only once. That’s why we only use recycled paper and recycled plastic in our stationery. Our notebooks and sketchbooks are certified with the Blue Angel ecolabel and the barrels of our fineliners are made from up to 85% sustainable raw materials.
But enough bragging about our certificates – try our products and let their quality speak for itself!
With our products, we want to have a positive impact on others without causing damage to our planet – everything that comes under the banner of social and environmental sustainability. When it comes to protecting the environment, our most important strategies are the careful use of resources, harnessing sustainably produced raw materials, adhering to environmental standards, compensating for greenhouse gases and innovating when it comes to packaging.
Want the hard facts? Let’s take a closer look at some real-world examples.
When it comes to our paper products, we focus on using recycled fibers and innovative resource-friendly raw materials like apple pomace – the residue left over from the production of apple juice and jam. Over 400,000 tons of fruit waste are produced in the EU every year, but we don’t consider it to be waste at all. Besides paper, a high-quality vegan alternative to leather can also be produced from apple pomace. This is what we use for the cover of our notebooks.
We also use recycled materials elsewhere. In Germany, we were the first to sell mineral water in bottles made from 100% recycled PET. And we’re also constantly looking out for new, innovative and environmentally friendly ways to package some of our other products. We also try to reduce packaging as much as possible. Our solid soaps and bath products, for example, are sold in plastic-free cardboard packaging with a minimum of 90% recycled cardboard.
We know it’s not enough to just use as many environmentally friendly raw materials as possible. And it’s our aim to reduce the CO2 emissions released during the production, manufacture and transportation of our products as much as possible. What we can’t reduce any further, we compensate for in partnership with ClimatePartner through investments in ecological projects.
Many of our beauty products have already been certified as carbon neutral by ClimatePartner. And we are committed to making all of our cosmetics carbon neutral by the end of 2022.
With our products, we want to do good for our fellow human beings without harming our planet – keyword social and ecological sustainability. Our most important strategies in terms of environmental protection are the careful use of resources, the use of sustainably produced raw materials, compliance with environmental standards, the compensation of climate gases, and innovations in the area of packaging.
Much too abstract? Then let’s take a closer look at a few examples!
For our paper products, we rely on recycled fibers and use innovative and resource-saving raw materials such as apple pomace. The latter are the leftovers from the production of apple juice and jam. More than 400,000 tons of this fruit waste are produced in the EU every year. Waste with potential: Apple pomace can be used to make not only paper but also a high-quality vegan alternative to leather. We use this for the cover of our notebooks.
We also use recycled materials in other places. In Germany, we were the first to offer mineral water in a bottle made from 100% recycled PET. We are also constantly on the lookout for new, innovative and environmentally friendly packaging solutions for our other products. And we reduce packaging as much as possible. For example, you can get our solid soaps and shower products in plastic-free cardboard packaging with at least 90% recycled content.
We are aware that it is not enough to process as much environmentally friendly raw materials as possible. Our goal is to reduce the CO2 emissions caused by the procurement, production and transport of our products as much as possible. What cannot be reduced further, we compensate by investing in climate protection projects. To this end, we work together with ClimatePartner.
Many of our care products are already certified as climate-neutral by ClimatePartner. Our voluntary commitment: By the end of 2022, all our cosmetic products should be CO2-neutral.
You can now slip good deeds into your shopping trolley too. You’ll find our products in your local supermarket, your favorite drugstore or, when you’re on the move, onboard German trains or as an in-flight snack next time you’re flying.
