Support school children in Uganda with a hygiene product

For every care product you buy, 10 cents will go to the Sanitation for Millions project in Uganda. This project distributes soaps in schools and teaches students how to wash their hands properly to promote hygiene and health.

How we help

Sanitation for Millions is a global program that promotes access to safe sanitation and hygiene, especially for disadvantaged and vulnerable populations. Safe sanitation is so important when it comes to health. Our partner, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, is therefore working with local partners to promote better hygiene conditions and adequate sanitation. They conduct training courses for students and teachers on good hygiene behavior and ensure that schools have adequate sanitary infrastructure and enough soap. In this way, not only do the children learn something, but the health of entire families is protected. In the long term, this contributes to better hygienic conditions throughout the population.

At the same time as distributing soap and providing hygiene training in schools, a social enterprise is being set up for local soap production. This will ensure the sustainable supply of locally produced hygiene products to schools in the future. We are proud to be part of such an important project.

GIZ does not support any products or services. share gives 10 cents of every product sold to GIZ to provide hygiene services.
